Alec Miloslavsky
Chairman and CEO

Alec Miloslavsky has built and managed substantial development, delivery and support organizations throughout his career. He co-founded Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories (“Genesys”) and was responsible for technology strategy across three lines of business. Mr. Miloslavsky helped lead the company through its successful initial public offering (“IPO”) and subsequent sale to Alcatel for US$1.6 billion in 2000. While at Genesys, he was responsible for all delivery for the US$300 million software and services business and took direct responsibility for building European and Asian Pacific sales organizations, as well as the development of key accounts in these geographies. After the acquisition of Genesys by Alcatel, Mr. Miloslavsky was responsible for integrating Genesys into the Alcatel organization. Mr. Miloslavsky is also a co-founder of Exigen, Ltd., an affiliate of the Company through common individual shareholders. While at Exigen, Ltd., Mr. Miloslavsky was responsible for building and integrating a number of acquisitions, managing the P/L and growth of the delivery organization, as well as converting a number of key deals worth over US$20 million each.

Nick Puntikov
President, Eastern Europe

Mr. Puntikov has over 20 years of experience in IT. As co-founder and CEO of StarSoft Development Labs, he built up the company to become a Top 3 provider of offshore software development services in the Russia and Eastern Europe. Mr. Puntikov earned his M.Sc. from the St. Petersburg (then Leningrad) State University and started his career as a research scientist with the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Alex Adamopoulos
GM, Americas

Mr. Adamopoulos brings over 18 years of experience in IT services coupled with technology and industry know-how. As former Senior VP of StarSoft, Alex was responsible for the company’s global business development and strategy. Previously, Alex served as Director, Global Services at EMC Corporation where he was responsible for building out the global professional services strategy.

Guntis Urtans
GM, Baltics

Mr. Urtans is responsible for the Exigen Services' operations in the Baltic states. He has over 20 years experience in the IT business and was responsible for building of Exigen Latvia (former SWH Technology) from a team of 30 into one of the largest software companies in Latvia. Mr. Urtans holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Latvia.
